We built Finding Vega to be the opposite of noisy, transactional recruitment: a calmer, more personal approach focused on long-term fit over quick wins.

The name comes from Vega - the brightest star in the northern constellation, historically used as a point of navigation and guidance. That idea sits at the centre of how we work: helping ambitious companies and talented people find clarity, direction, and the right connection.
